2. 說：對於個人、生活、學習、日常生活週遭相關的話題和事物能做簡單的溝通與陳述。
3. 讀：對於日常生活相關的主題，學習者能清楚理解簡短的對話內容。
4. 寫：能書寫基礎且重要的詞彙及簡單的句子。
1. Listening: Learners can understand information and common vocabulary relevant to their personal lives when spoken clearly and at a normal pace.
2. Speaking: Learners can communicate and describe simple topics and things related to themselves, their lives, studies, and their daily lives.
3. Reading: Learners can clearly understand short conversations on topics related to daily life.
4. Writing: Learners can write basic and important vocabulary and simple sentences.
